happy easter!

i hope everyone had a beautiful easter - we sure did! i stayed up really, really late last night making martha's menswear bunny while watching mystery science theaters with doug, and i'm so glad i did! i had a really fun time working on this simple project and i think the outcome is really darling. i decided against the herringbone wool i was going to use, and grabbed for the vintage inspired floral instead.

i also realized too late that i didn't have an extra basket laying around the house to put all these little treasures in, so instead, i made a paper bag basket instead. so color coordinated!

Sweet bunny, and lovely flowers. That is a great fabric you used for the rabbit too. Happy Easter to you and your family!

Ha, I did the same thing. I actually found the bunny pattern through your blog and then was bummed that I wouldn't have time to do it....but then decided to stay up late making bunnies for all three of my kids and they LOVED them. I had two plaid bunnies for my boys and a floral bunny for my little girl.
